1 – What's this Giclée thing you keep mentioning?

Giclée is a fine art digital printing process which uses pigment based inks and the finest archival paper to create high quality prints that not only look stunning, but feel just as good. It's the Rolls Royce of art prints, if you so will.

Good to know: You might be struggling to keep your hands off your print because it just feels so nice, but do make sure to handle it with care, and avoid touching the printed surface as much as possible. It's quite delicate, especially when it comes to glossy finishes, so there’s always a chance you might leave scratches or fingerprints if you're not careful. Just a little heads up!

2 – How long does it take to process my order?

We always aim to process and ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 10 working days for your items to be sent on their way. Depending on your location deliveries will then take approximately 2-3 working days for the UK, 3-5 working days for Europe, and 5-7 working days for the US.

3 – Where do you ship to, and how much is it?

We currently ship to the UK, Europe and the US. However, don’t hesitate to get in touch at shop@lizstudentschnig.com if you live anywhere else and would like to buy a print.

All orders come with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on what’s happening to your parcel until you get your hands on it. Prices vary depending on your location and the item(s) you order, and are shown at checkout.

Please note that you are responsible for paying any import tax/charges on your order (where applicable) if you don't live in the UK.

4 – Do you ship your prints flat or in a tube?

That entirely depends on the size. Prints up to A3 (297 x 420mm) will be shipped flat, larger prints come in a tube.

5 – What about returns/refunds?

All products are made to order, so unfortunately we won't be able to take them back if you happen to change your mind later on. That being said, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge if your print doesn’t arrive in tip top condition or gets lost somewhere on the way – accidents do happen, after all.

If you do receive a damaged item, please make sure to return it. We recommend you use the tracked option to be safe as we won't be able to send you a replacement until we've got the damaged item back.

6 – Studentschjfkjdghkaf... what?

Yes, that weird-looking word is indeed my actual surname. And this is how you pronounce it, just in case you were wondering (English phonetics): Shtuh-dent-shnig. Now ignore the dashes and say it all quickly without pausing, and there you are! A mouthful it may be, but there literally is no other Liz with that name on the entire planet, and I think that's pretty great.
